Inspired by the jewelled book bindings of the Middle Ages, this one-of-a-kind, black velvet-covered gift book (blank journal) adorned with an original oil portrait after Marie-Gabrielle Capet's "Self-portrait", from the late 18th century. The gift book is also adorned with a deep blue velvet ribbon and an 18k gold-plated fleur de lys charm. 

Comes with a small wooden display stand.
